Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line the baking pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray or butter
In mix bowl combine flours & salt. Set aside
using a double boiler or microwave, melt the butter and chocolate together. Set aside.
Using a table top mixer, begin beating brown sugar with the paddle attachment.
With the mixer on low, slowly add the melted chocolate until smooth.
Begin slowly adding eggs one at a time. Once eggs are well incorporated, add vanilla.
Swap your paddle attachment for the whisk attachment.
With your whisk running on medium speed begin slowly adding the flour mix to the chocolate mix.
Make sure it is incorporated well with no lumps.
Finish by mixing in the wine
Pour batter in 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Begin checking brownies around 60 min. Brownies will be done when toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
