As a way to celebrate restaurant month in February we have partnered with D’Olivo Tasting Bar for an afternoon tasting experience. Roni, owner of D’Olivo, and Caprio’s culinary team have worked together to create a menu full of flavor to showcase how to pair your Caprio Cellars with some of D’Olivo’s oils and balsamics. We promise, you will taste the difference!
House made sun dried tomato focaccia;
leek oil & black currant balsamic for dipping.
Beet & goat cheese salad- frisee, pepitas, winter radish,
roasted red peppers, D’olivo aged balsamic vinegar
& Mandarin orange oil.
Moroccan spiced short rib – date & almond cous cous,
spiced yogurt, parsley, gremolata oil.
Angel’s baklava with pistachio & walnut,
quince white balsamic.
